If you are unable to access your account or are getting an error message when trying to place a hold on your account try one of these simple solutions:

Our catalog URL has changed. The current URL will not work using Mozilla Firefox. Try switching to Internet Explorer.

If you are accessing our catalog from your internet bookmarks try updating the link.
